April Must-Haves at Marrow
Local flavour. Camrose comfort. Real good food.

April's that in-between month. It's "do I need a jacket?" season. It's mud on the boots and sun on your face. And it's perfect excuse to eat something comforting, crave-worthy, and cooked by someone else (hint:us).

Here's what we are loving this month at Marrow -- dishes with heart, a little attitude and full Alberta flavour.
Spinach & Strawberry Salad
Fresh spinach, toasted pistachios, blueberries, cracked peppers, goat feta, sun-dried tomato - all toasted in our house-made raspberry vinaigrette.
*Add grilled chicken and you have got a spring-perfect that feels as fresh as the first good weather weekend.
Baked Brie
Phyllo-wrapped brie, crisped to golden perfection, topped with crispy prosciutto, apple foster sauce, and toasted walnuts. Served with crostini on the side.
It's the kind of starter that turns into a main when you don't want to share (we get it).
Korean Crispy Chicken Burger
Yogurt-battered and fried chicken, glazed in our spicy Korean BBQ sauce and topped with apple coleslaw, all inside a soft, house-made bun.
Recommended with truffle chips and French Onion dip because, frankly, we believe in doing burgers properly.
NY Steak Strip - 10oz + Lobster Mac
Our classic 10oz New York strip is grilled with nothing but salt, pepper and confidence. Served with seasonal vegetables and always cooked with intention.
Looking for that next-level finish? Add a butter-basted lobster tail or pair it with our indulgent lobster mac & cheese - because yes, surf & turf is always the move.
Crispy Cajun Baked Sockeye Salmon
Oven-baked sockeye with a crispy cajun crust, nestled on spinach ragout and crispy poblano potato. Finished with beurre blanc microgeens — clean, rich, and full of flavour.
Perfect for Good Friday or anyone who wants a break from beef without giving up satisfaction.
